During the drying period the mount is checked frequently throughout the day. We will fine tune and adjust the skin during this phase as needed.
We
will continue to re-adjust wrinkles and hair patterns to ensure every minute detail remains in the correct position.
When the drying process is complete, the crucial finishing phase begins.
All repairs and detailing of the eyes, lips, nose and ears are completed using state-of-the-art epoxies and resins.
Next we need to recreate the subtle skin tones which were lost in the tanning process.
To accomplish this
color restoration, we use a combination of airbrush and dry brush painting techniques.
